TRUPTI SADANAND BAMNE Date: 2024.01.25 16:43:37 +0530 The Petitioner, who has retired from the services of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, filed this petition for a direction that the proposal regarding pensionary benefits submitted by Respondent No.5 to Respondent No.3-the Education Officer be decided. 2.

This petition is filed on 25 August 2022. Reply affidavit is filed by Respondent No.3- the Education Officer stating that the proposal of the Petitioner has already been returned back to the Institution.

Both the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 will examine its implications. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 would resubmit the proposal as stated in the reply affidavit within a period of six weeks from today. If Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 treat this as a rejection of the approval, then the Petitioner be informed accordingly. In that contingency, we keep it open to the Petitioner to challenge the decision of the State Government.
