Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.145 of 2022 registered with Wanawadi Police Station, Pune City for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 304B, 498A, 323, 504 r/w 34 of IPC.

Counsel for the applicants, Mr. Nitin Gaware on instructions has not pressed application for grant of protection for applicant No.1.

As such, application to the extent of applicant/Sapna Madan Kanade stands dismissed as withdrawn.

As far as the case of the applicant No.2/Arun Madan Kanade is concerned, on perusal of the investigation papers, it is noticed that there is hardly any incriminating material to connect the applicant in the crime in question. That being so, case for grant of protection is made out.

In the event of arrest, applicant No.2/Arun Madan Kanade is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

6.

Applicant shall attend Investigating Ofocer from 26th September, 2022 to 28th September, 2022 and thereafter as and when directed.
