This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.1146 of 2011.There is a delay of 130 days in preferring the present application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to restore the application subject to condition that the applicant shall pay a cost of Rs.5000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee. 2.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to aforestated condition of payment of cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee.
