This is an Application for expediting the hearing of Criminal Appeal No. 873 of 2013.

In the order dated 19th March, 2014, this Court permitted the 1 / 2

10.APPA1077_2016.doc applicant to file paper book within eight weeks from the date of order. Liberty was given to urge for a fixed date of hearing. At present it is not possible to give a fixed date of hearing. Looking to the fact that paper book is ready, the Appeals to be added to the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 26th September, 2016.
