Heard Mr. Mandar Limaye, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. S.D. Rayrikar, AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 3, 6 and 7.

This is an application filed seeking direction to the Collector to comply the order dated 19.12.2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11564/2013. By that order, the learned Single Judge of this Court directed the Collector to decide the representation made by the applicant at Exhibit-K, Page-157 on merits and pass appropriate orders. 1 / 2

Mr. Rayrikar has tendered a photocopy of the decision dated 20.2.2016 taken by the Collector, Raigad deciding the representation. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As the Collector, Raigad has taken a decision on the representation, the prayer made in the Civil Application stands granted. Needless to state that it is open to the applicant to challenge the said decision, if it is adverse to his interest. All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
