Mrs. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions in writing from the Incharge Senior Police Inspector, Vakola Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the Investigating Officer, Police Sub Inspector Mr. Tandale has completed investigation of the present crime i.e. C.R. No. 430 of 2020. That, the principal accused namely Bhushan Madhukar Jadhav and Aditya Ramakant Hadkar were arrested and now have been released on bail by the trial Court. That, after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer has filed charge-sheet in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, Andheri (East), Mumbai and the same has now been numbered as Court Case No.72/PW/2023 on 5th January 2023. That, two other co-accused namely Arjun Mane and Sanjit Bane are reported to be absconding. She, on instructions, submitted that, the Police are putting in all necessary efforts towards the said absconding accused person.

In view of the above, according to us, the grievance of the Petitioner at least at this stage is redressed. 4.
