1] The Interim Application seek condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the Revision Application.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application, which has proceeded to state that the impugned order was passed on 13.03.2023 and certified copy was applied on 13.07.2023 and the same came to be delivered on 24.07.2023. This has resulted in delay.

Apart from this, in Para 5 there is specific explanation offered for not applying for the certified copy forthwith. 1/2
