These Intervention Applications are filed by Mr. Mohammed Farid Shaikh who is the partner in the subject partnership firm. Both the parties submitted that the dispute has been resolved. The Intervenor is present in Court. He is represented by the learned Advocate who has identified him.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the interim order dated 24th July, 2018 passed by this Court is required to be confirmed. Hence, the order;
ORDER
