By this application, the Applicant has sought recall of order dated 21.4.2022 passed by the Registrar, (Judicial II). By the impugned order, the Appeal has been dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the office objections will be removed within two weeks. In the light of the said statement, and in view of the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the application is allowed. 3.
