This is an application for modification of order dated 11th June 2018. The applicant was released on bail by this Court by order dated 11th June 2018 passed in Bail Application No.2699 of 2017. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or more solvent local sureties in the like amount.

Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant is the resident of Osmanabad and hence he is not in a position to arrange local solvent surety. It is submitted that he has arranged the solvent surety from Osmanabad and solvency certificate has been annexed to this application. It is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 2015 and for want of furnishing local solvent surety, he continued to be in detention. 2 of 2 502.APPP.966.2018.doc applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.292 of 2015 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai, on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one solvent surety from Osmanabad. The Trial Court is at liberty to accept the surety which is arranged by the applicant, subject to verification. Criminal Application No.966 of 2018 is disposed off.
