Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 i. e. The Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax on instructions states that the Respondent No. 1 is in the process of withdrawing the complaint filed by them as against the Applicants, as per the procedure laid down by the Central Board of direct taxes.
