1] This is an application for modification of condition of furnishing solvent surety by the applicant while granting him bail by this Court by its Order dated 11th June 2018 passed in Bail Application No.2698 of 2017. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is an ordinary resident of city of Usmanabad and it is very difficult for him to furnish "local" surety from the city of Mumbai. He submitted that, the relative of the applicant namely Mr.Saminder Rama Shinde has expressed willingness to remain as surety for the applicant. That 1/2

appp.967-2018.doc the said Mr.Saminder Rama Shinde is an ordinary resident of village Dhoki, Taluka and District Usmanabad. The solvency certificate of the said surety is annexed to the present application.

3] In view thereof, the applicant permitted to furnish surety of Mr. Saminder Rama Shinde. The Trial Court is directed to get the said solvency certificate (annexed to the present application at page No.8) verified from the Investigating Agency before accepting the said surety. 4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
