Colabawalla,JJ.) in batch of petitions, being Writ Petition Nos.2060/97, 2364/99, 3198/15, 7543/15, 12066/12, 12070/12, 12071/12, 12072/12, 12073/12, 12074/12, 12075/12, 12076/12, 12077/12, 12078/12, 12079/12 & 1441/14, on 22/12/2015. Learned counsel further submits that those petitions came to be dismissed and Rule granted was discharged in each of such petition.

In view of the dismissal of the above stated Writ Petitions, present petition stands dismissed.
