These applications are preferred by intervenor for joining them as party respondent in First Appeal No. 374 of 2010.

The learned counsel for the Respondent original claimants submits that similar application Sneha Chavan 1/2

44 caf 4236-15 grp=.doc was decided by the Division Bench (Coram : A.S.Oka & G.S. Patel, JJ) by order dated 18.12.2015 and rejected intervenor's application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the order dated 18.12.2015 passed by the Division Bench in Civil Application No. 4123 of 2015 with connected matters in the matter of Namdeo Rama Venupure V/s. Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation, I do not find any substance in the present Civil Applications.
