This application is moved for restoration of the instant contempt petition, which was disposed of by this court alongwith the other companion contempt petitions by order dated 19.06.2019.

The instant contempt petition (st.) no. 13010 of 2019 in writ petition no. 8744 of 2014 was wrongly listed alongwith other companion contempt petitions before this court on 19.06.2019. While disposing of Borey 1/2

spb/ 906canst21603-19.odt the contempt petitions, inadvertently the instant contempt petition also came to be disposed of on 19.06.2019. The error occurred in directing listing of this contempt petition alongwith other contempt petitions, involving different and distinct subject matter, needs to be corrected and consequential order passed by this court also needs to be recalled. Request made by the applicants, seeking restoration of the contempt petition deserves to be accepted. The order passed by this court on 19th June, 2019 disposing of instant contempt petition is recalled and contempt petition (st.) no. 13010 of 2019 is restored to its original number and file. The Civil Application is disposed of.
