The learned A.P.P tenders the report dated 13th June 2018 of Shri Dayanand Dhome, Senior Inspector of Police, Chaturshrungi Police Station, Pune City. In Column 9 of the said report, it has been mentioned that the then Inspector of Police, Crimes, Shri Navale, who was the Investigating Officer, has submitted `A' Summary report in the trial Court on 20th April 2012. The report dated 13th June 2018 is taken on record and marked as `X' for identification.

wp.3471.14.916.doc In view of the filing of the said `A' Summary report, the grievance of the Petitioner as regards quashing of the FIR, does not survive. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

It is for the Petitioner to ascertain from the trial Court as regards the fate of the `A' Summary report and contingent upon the information that he would get, that the Petitioner may adopt the future course of action as permissible in law.
