The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, states that the Petitioner will avail remedy of seeking discharge. The learned Counsel however, makes a request that considering the fact that after retirement, the Petitioner has sought re-employment with the Armed Forces, if the application for discharge is made, the concerned Court should decide the same at the earliest and preferably within a period of two months. We find this request is reasonable. If the application for discharge is made by the Petitioner, the same be decided by the concerned Court within a period of of two months after making of the application.
