By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 88 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application, to set aside conditional order dated 19.04.2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) and allow the applicant to deposit the deficit Court fees in First Appeal (St.) No.11751 of 2017. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned AGP for the applicant, avernments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied S.C.Magar

"b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 88 days in preferring the abovementioned Civil Revision Application in First Appeal (St.) No.11751 of 2017;"
