Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.81 of 2022 registered with Chaturshringi Police Station, Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 481 of IPC. 2.
After husband of the applicant died in service, applicant lodged her claim for compassionate appointment in which claimed to be holding B.Sc. qualification. 3.
Subsequently, applicant married to the real brother of deceased.

Afterwords with the department another application was received allegedly moved by applicant seeking appointment. In such application, it is claimed that applicant is holding qualification of B.A.

The second application when was verified, it was found that certificates attached with the same were forged document resulting into registration of offence. 6.
APP informs that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation agency. She claims that second application was not preferred by the applicant when her first application was under process. It is further claimed that report of the handwriting expert received by the Investigating Ofocer depicts that writing on the second application does not match with the first application, therefore, there is serious doubt about second application written by the applicant. As such, APP informs that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 7.
In the event of arrest in Crime No.81 of 2022, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
9.
Applicant shall attend the Investigating Ofocer as and when directed.
