In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said RTS appeal itself is being disposed of, I am inclined to continue the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 7th September, 2016 in Writ Petition No.10555 of 2016 till the disposal of the said RTS appeal and for a period of two weeks thereafter from the date of communication of the order, if the same is adverse against the petitioners.
3.
Learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune shall decide the said RTS appeal on its own merits without being influenced by the fact that this Court has granted ad-interim reliefs in these matters. The petitioners are directed to convey this order to the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune for compliance.
4.
All the contentions of both the parties on merits are kept open. This Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.
5.
The above writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
