This is an application for extension of cash bail by six weeks. By an order dated 29/07/2016 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.582/16 this Court has earlier extended the said bail for four weeks. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already submitted the documents of surety. However, the police have not verified the said documents till today and the same is not processed.

In view of the above, the period to comply with the procedure of furnishing sureties and to release the applicant on cash bail is extended by six weeks as a last chance. 3.
