1.

These are the applications for cancellation of bail granted to the respondents by the learned Judge, Special Court-1, Greater Mumbai (Under MCOC Act) in MCOC Special Case No. 16 of 2013 by its orders dated 24th February, 2014 and 8th April, 2014 respectively.

2.

Heard the learned APP and perused the record. Shridhar Sutar

909-appln-622,555.15.doc 3.

The learned Trial Court while releasing the respondents on bail has recorded a categorical finding that, there are no reasonable grounds at this stage to hold the involvement of respondents in criminal conspiracy to kill Ajay Gosaliya and that there is no likelyhood of absconding of the respondents or committing any crime or crime under MCOC Act by them. 4.

After perusing the impugned order, this Court is of the view that the Trial Court while releasing the respondents on bail, has not committed any error either in law or on facts and therefore the interference by this court therein is not warranted. 5.

The applications being devoid of any merit, are accordingly rejected.
