The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will avail the remedy of the revision provided under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The learned Counsel, however, prays that the date for taking possession which is fixed on tomorrow, that is, on 10 August 2023 be deferred for some time.

The date for taking possession stands accordingly deferred for a period of four weeks from today. Keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the Petition.
