For reasons recorded separately petition is dismissed. 2.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is kept before the trial Court for cross­examination and he needs reasonable time to proceed with the cross­ examination and the trial Court may be directed to differ the cross­ examination till 1st September, 2018.

Considering the fact that trial is pending for a long time since 2010, the petitioner shall proceed with the cross­examination on 1st September, 2018.
