The petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Contempt Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed. However, we are inclined to observe that so far as the compliance part is concerned, petitioner is willing to deposit the amount so directed pursuance to the order. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount within four weeks.
