1] The present Interim Application is taken out seeking clarification of the order dated 08.07.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.140 of 2022. 2] The learned counsel for the Applicant state that the Application is filed in the wake of fact that this court has reserved liberty in the Petitioner to assail the order passed in Writ Petition if the situation arise and had directed that Review Petition to be decided and execution proceedings initiated against the Petitioner be stayed. 3] I do not think that on the given ground, relief which is sought in the Interim Application can be granted.
