When the Application was on board dated 4th March, 2024, none appeared for the Applicant.

Today also when the matter is called out, none has appeared. The Application is filed on 13th October, 2021 and till today it is neither circulated nor argued by the advocate. From the Application and the allegation, it it is seen that the bail sought was in the nature of transit bail for a period of three weeks. The Application thus now has become infructuous.
