On behalf of the petitioner, an application was made for deletion of respondent no.2 from the array of parties. They have tendered consent terms signed by the petitioner and respondent no.1 both of whom are present in Court and are duly identified by their Advocates. Respondent no.1 has also been explained the contents as endorsed by the Advocate for the respondent. Consent terms are taken on file and marked "X" for identification.

2. In view of the above, I pass the following order; (i) Leave to amend to delete respondent no.2. Amendment to be carried 1/2

(iii) Writ petition is accordingly disposed.
