In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicants, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dated 14th June, 2017 of refusal of First Appeal is hereby set aside. First Appeal is restored to its file. The applicants are directed to remove the office objection on or before 18th September, 2017. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Appeal will stand dismissed without referring to the Court. 5.
