Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 11th January 2023 passed by learned Special Court under the MCOC Act, the Petitioner has been released from Jail on bail on 12th January 2023. 2.

In view thereof, Petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance mentioned in the Petition. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
