By this petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the trial. The said petition was filed through jail on 18th July 2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition does not survive, in as much as, the trial has concluded and the petitioner has been convicted by the Trial Court vide Judgment and Order dated 7th June 2023, for the offences with which he was charged. 2.
