The compliant made by the Petitioner has been inquired into by the Police Inspector, Karjat, Police Station. However, the outcome of the said inquiry has not been communicated to the Petitioner. The Learned APP Mrs Shinde on instructions states that the outcome of the inquiry would be communicated to the Petitioner within 10 days from date i.e. on or before 149-2017. Statement accepted. The Police Inspector Mr. S. G. Tanawade would be personally responsible for communicating the outcome to the Petitioner. On such communication being received, the Petitioner may decide his future course of action. There is now no warrant to keep the above Criminal Writ Petition pending. The above Criminal Writ Petition to accordingly stand disposed of.
