By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks stay to the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 9th May, 2017 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 546 of 2014.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has deposited the entire amount of award alongwith interest accrued thereon and hence prays for stay of the impugned 1 / 2
