Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 11th August 2015, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

Commissioner of Police may decide the representation himself or depute any senior Officer to decide the same.
