P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has filed proceedings in the Family Court, Kolhapur while the Respondent has filed proceedings in the Family Court, Nagpur. He states that the Respondent has moved a Misc. Civil Application before the Nagpur Bench of this Court for transfer of proceedings from Kolhapur to Nagpur in which Rule has been issued. He states that by the present application the Applicant seeks the transfer of proceedings from Nagpur to Kolhapur. The learned Counsel states that he will move the Hon'ble the Chief Justice on the Administrative Side for transfer of the present application to Nagpur Bench to be heard alongwith the Misc. Application filed by the Respondent. Remove from Board.
