In view of the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sangli in Regular Criminal Case No.389 of 2018 acquitting the applicant of the charges levelled against her punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 506 IPC, the amount deposited by the applicant in compliance with the order dated 11.09.2017 is permitted to be withdrawn subject to undertaking that if so directed in an appeal or revision preferred against the order of acquittal, the amount shall be redeposited. 3.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
