Mr.Bodake, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to delete the names of the respondent nos.2 to 7 from the cause title of the petition. Leave to amend is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.1 tenders the consent terms dated 1st August, 2018. The petitioner and his advocates have signed the consent terms. The respondent no.1 has affixed his thumb impression. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has also signed the consent terms. The signature as well as the thumb impression of the petitioner and the respondent no.1 are 1/2

If any application is submitted by the petitioner and the respondent no.1 to record their names in the record of rights in terms of the compromise decree, the Revenue Authorities shall make an endeavor to dispose of the said application within three months from the date of submission of the application.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
