The present application is taken out for permitting an amendment to the cause title of the interim application. The amendment is necessitated due to the order passed on 09/09/2021 whereby the applicant was permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/-, which was deposited in this court by the respondent/husband.

When the applicant/wife approached the Registry of this Court and when her document were inspected, it is revealed that her Aadhar Card bears the name as 'Shital Shankar Kumavat'. This disparity, made her disentitled to withdraw the amount in terms of the directions of this Court on 09/09/2021. M.M.Salgaonkar

The applicant has stated in the application that she had submitted the necessary documents in form of Aadhar Card and an affdavit sworn by her stating that her maiden name is 'Shital Shankar Kumavat'. I do not think that it is appropriate for the applicant to substitute the name in the interim application, since the other proceedings, which are fled before the Courts below are instituted where she is referred to as 'Sou.Shital Mandar Pardeshi'.

In such circumstances, the Registry of this Court is directed to verify the Aadhar Card of the Applicant and on an affdavit being tendered before the Registry to the effect that her maiden name is 'Shital Shankar Kumavat', the Registry is directed to permit the withdrawal of the amount. 4.

No orders are necessary on this interim application and it stands disposed of.
