Learned APP on instructions from Investigating Officer informs that victim is already served.

The applicant is informed to have cooperated in the investigation.

As such, for the reasons stated in the order dated 26th October, 2021, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 4.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in C. R. No.824 of 2021 registered with MIDC Police Station, Andheri, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(N), 377 of IPC, is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of BGP.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
