By way of praecipe, a request is made to this Court for early hearing of the petition. It is stated in the petition that there is an urgency in the matter, as some of the Petitioners are on the verge of retirement and some of them have died. There is nothing in this petition about the Petitioners, who expired during the pendency of the petition or their legal heirs. On perusal of the record, it further reveals that application is filed in this petition for bringing legal heirs and one of the Petitioners on record. There are certain office objections in the application. Considering this fact and considering the fact that the Pg 1 of 2

caw53-15.doc grounds raised for early hearing of the petition is as vague as it could be, the prayer for early hearing of the petition is rejected. The Petitioners may file appropriate application for seeking early hearing of the petition, if so advised.
