By this Application, the Applicant seeks transit bail of eight weeks in connection with CRM No.45 of 2017 pending in the Court of Ms Amandeep Kaur, learned JMFC, Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as a counterblast to the complaint filed by the Applicant, the present private complaint has been filed in the Court of the learned JMFC, Amritsar. He submitted that the said complaint appears to have been filed under Sections 406, 409 & 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that the Applicant be granted transit bail for a period of eight weeks to enable him to approach the appropriate Court, for getting the nonbailable warrant cancelled and the proclamation order quashed.

Considering the aforesaid, the Applicant is granted transit bail for a period of three weeks to enable him to approach the same Court on the following terms & conditions:-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of the Applicant's arrest in connection with CRM No.45 of 2017 pending in the Court of Ms Amandeep Kaur, learned JMFC, Amritsar, the Applicant be enlarged on transit bail, for a period of three weeks from today, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; (ii) During this period, the Applicant shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that the Application has not been considered on merits 5.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
