By this civil application, the applicants condonation of delay of 207 days in filing the civil revision application. 2.

The applicants have filed Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.134 of 2016 before the learned District Judge, Nashik on 16th November 2016 instead of filing the civil revision application in this Court which miscellaneous civil appeal was allowed to be withdrawn on 4th July 2017. In this process, 207 days' delay in filing the civil revision application is occurred. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
