The learned APP on instructions submitted that in the present case, the trial has already commenced and prosecution has examined four witnesses as of today.

In view thereof, the learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to MCOC Special Case No. 4 of 2015 does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
