By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking restoration of First Appeal (ST) No.25293 of 2013 which stands dismissed in view of conditional order dated 10.2.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) .

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant already removed all office objections in 2015 itself. Statement is accepted.

a) Order dated 10.2.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

b) First Appeal (ST) No.25293 of 2019 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
