Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kondedeshmukh, the learned APP for the State. 2.

Mr. Kondedeshmukh, the learned APP, on instructions of Mr. Ram Divekar, the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that the investigation is at an advanced stage and it is likely to be completed within one month.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that the investigation into certain aspects has remained to be carried out by the investigating agency. The aspects which, according to the Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2

41-wp-3940-2019.doc petitioner, warrant investigation are shared with the investigating officer.

Mr.Kondedeshmukh submits that the investigating officer would look into those aspects as well and conduct the requisite investigation, in accordance with law.
