Shri G.T.Wategaonkar, former Judge of the Small Causes Court is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The parties shall co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitration proceedings and shall not take unnecessary adjournments.
