The order dated 13/07/2016 passed by the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. Against such an order a remedy by way of a revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act lies before the State Government. It is therefore not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Petition. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
