Ghag, attached to Malavani Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, Police have submitted charge sheet in the Court of 24th Metropolitan Magistrate, Borivali, Mumbai on 8th December 2021 and the said case has been numbered as C.C. No.3273/PW/2021.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. 3) By reserving alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4) All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
