Apart from cross complaint, there is hardly any role attributed to the applicant which led to causing grievous injury. 2.

In the aforesaid background, ad-interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 29th August, 2022 stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.308 of 2022 registered with Walchandnagar Police Station, Taluka Indapur, District Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
