Heard Mr. Telegote, learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms. Amin, learned Counsel for the respondent.

This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of Sindhu Gopal Metkar. Ms. Amin states that she has instructions to accept and waive service on behalf of legal representatives of deceased Sindhu Metkar.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) with no order as to costs.

4.

Amendment shall be carried out in the main Civil Revision Application within 14 days from today.
